IKEA, everyone’s favorite Swedish retailer, has recently partnered with solar technology and energy services provider SunPower Corp. to help encourage shoppers to make the switch to renewable resources.

The catch? Right now the service is only available to IKEA Family loyalty members in select locations across California, but fingers crossed it expands nationwide soon. Essentially, if you spot a designated solar kiosk at a participating store, you can get connected with a SunPower adviser who will walk you through the four different packages (each one includes various combos of solar, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging). Finally, switching to a more eco-friendly and affordable (in the long run!) lifestyle seems easier than putting together a Billy bookcase.
